Essential Numbers LLC is primarily focused on problem solving and handling the important accounting, bookkeeping and tax preparation for small to medium sized businesses. We will handle parts or all of your ongoing accounting and bookkeeping needs or hand it back to you to continue. From maintenance to tax time, we can help make the process less stressful. We will even meet with your CPA or you regularly to ensure your satisfaction.
CEO, Jacqui, has an Associates Degree in Accounting and over 20 years experience in various bookkeeping and accounting roles. She has worked in various industries such as automotive, retail, construction, architecture, day care, non-profit, religious organizations, manufacturing, engineering and more. Her office management and controller experience rounds out her capabilities of providing a complete back-office services package to businesses that would rather not have an in-house employee. As an IRS-trained and certified Advanced level tax preparer, she also volunteers to prepare taxes for lower income individuals and families through a local Community Action Agency. This gives Jacqui the knowledge and capability to plan ahead for clients throughout the year rather than waiting until tax time to sort and organize their records.
